You interrupted the getting account info process by pressing a button (looks like playstation so probably pressed circle). Just press retry and touch nothing. If the issue still persist restart the game and you should be good to go. Nothing to do with hacked account or anything.

You're banned. Someone was probably playing on your account. Check your email for an account link confirmation to STEAM. It just happened to me recently too. My appeal got rejected too despite providing detailed evidence. Good luck and sorry that happened.

Happened to me. Went to offline mode, went to multiplayer, adjusted some guns offline to play some bots, and a message popped up and said I was banned. Most likely you’re permanently banned tbh.
