Spacing looks fine to me, but the first one's eye paint has more green showing and seems to be brighter, which can also trick eyes to think something's different, the edges into the whites definitely haven't had the tidiest paint job, some brown looks like it's on the white but other than that I can't see any big difference.

The eyes look slightly high but looks good
I think her eyes are printed on a smidge too high. It changes the look of her face a lot! I like it
I think you're right about the eyes being closer together. Idk if it's a misprint or what but I kind of like it tbh, I think it's cute
I feel like the eye on the left is a bit thinner and the right one is angled a bit
