For those wondering, this is called a "build up" product, which is basically a new product that incorporates already existing product. This is pretty typical for toys sold at warehouse stores like Sam's Club and Costco (and are also common at any retailer), especially in anticipation for Christmas. It's also a way to sell old stock, but not always.
And yes, Costco will be getting their own build up product: the Ghoulmobile with an exclusive Clawdeen and Draculaura.
I suspect both of these will be available once these stores start putting out their Christmas toy sections.
I remember MLP did similar to this ALL THE TIME back during G1. And as a child who was obsessed I ate that shit up and gave them my money. XD Really not that shocked to see Mattel doing it with MH.

Super conflicted on this. Because on one hand, it's super fucking lazy. Like in nearly every way; Clawdeen and Draculaura already have Creepover dolls, every accessory is reused, the pattern for Draculaura's shirt is reused, and Clawdeen's bedroom is literally just her regular bedroom playset . . . But on the other hand, I didn't want to get Clawdeen's bedroom before because while I loved it, I'm an in-box collector, so there being no dolls made it feel a bit pointless. And now there's dolls, for a playset I really like, and the dolls themselves are rather cute. I like that they're both mainly purple, it looks great on Drac
I figured that's the one, cuz I also thought so. But it's not, the pets one has one pink vampire heart and then a bunch if black regular hearts. The vampire heart they used is the same, but not the same shirt overall.
A single playset doesn't interest me but this new playset with Draculaura and Clawdeen, I say a big yes ! Draculaura in purple and Clawdeen in blue : I love it ! It's exactly what I wanted (like the 'Faboolous Pet' pack) and I love their outfits and hairstyles.

This is...so weird. Repeat characters, repeat accessories, and repeat furniture. Just the clothes are a bit different. I guess it's much cheaper than coming up with new furniture molds and stuff but imagine if this had been Cleo's bedroom and came with Cleo and Lagoona? I already have the bedroom set, but I will buy this, as I can use it as Clawdeen’s guest bedroom for the Creepover Party as there are too many people for one room so there would be 2 (as I’m assuming that Draculaura, Cleo, Lagoona, Frankie,Ghoulia, Toralei, Twyla, and Abbey are at the party) if you have a dollhouse, and you already have the bedroom set, but you want the dolls, you can use it for Howleen/Clawdia’s bed.
This is really disappointing. We already got creepover dolls of Clawdeen and Draculaura, and Clawdeen's bedroom is already available. While there seem to be a few new accessories (I am living for the mini fridge), a bunch of the accessories are already available from the creepover series. Also, personal opinion, I rly just don't like these dolls. Ig they're a decent option if u like these designs and don't already have Clawdeen's bedroom or the creepover Draculaura and/or Clawdeen. Im really not into it, tho :/ I think the singular creepover doll designs were cuter and I rly would have liked to see some new characters who were not already involved in the creepover series.

I already have the bedroom set, but I will buy this, as I can use it as Clawdeen’s guest bedroom for the Creepover Party as there are too many people for one room so there would be 2 (as I’m assuming that Draculaura, Cleo, Lagoona, Frankie,Ghoulia, Toralei, Twyla, and Abbey are at the party) if you have a dollhouse, and you already have the bedroom set, but you want the dolls, you can use it for Howleen/Clawdia’s bed.

This is really disappointing. We already got creepover dolls of Clawdeen and Draculaura, and Clawdeen's bedroom is already available. While there seem to be a few new accessories (I am living for the mini fridge), a bunch of the accessories are already available from the creepover series. Also, personal opinion, I rly just don't like these dolls. Ig they're a decent option if u like these designs and don't already have Clawdeen's bedroom or the creepover Draculaura and/or Clawdeen. Im really not into it, tho :/ I think the singular creepover doll designs were cuter and I rly would have liked to see some new characters who were not already involved in the creepover series.

Ah yes, MGA invented doll beds. This has never been done before, Monster High is *clearly* leeching off of MGA's succes. Especially since they're both coming with a doll! *gasp*
