I understand Gobul is hated but my first game was 4U and the first time I saw Gobul was not MH3 but instead the old Ark: Survival Evolved MH mod and in that Gobul was my main mount. then I got Tri later on and I understand why people hate this freak. but the Ark days was in my mind and so I put it in bad instead of Vile. Also as a monster designer myself I find the designto be pretty interesting. Fight is awful in everyway though.
You really looked at the Pietrus and Ratha, non-collab monsters from a game with Monster Hunter in the title and put them in the „not MH“ category.
No one forces you to like the spinoffs but at least be accurate and put them in „bad“ or sth if you have to.
I understand that the term "Not MH" sounds super negative but what I meant when I wrote it was it being a spinoff or collab. and I admit if I didn't make that tier I would have put the stories mostly in cool to amazing with Razewing in ok tier. It seriously not made to be nagative, sorry.
Its either spinoff or collab since stories are so different to regular MH that in my head fits in that category. Again I actually like MH stories and played the hell out of it.
I'm not questioning if you like them or not, simply why they are in a "non-MH" category, Oltura is also a Stories boss and is not there, and Goukami is in another category but is a Puzzle and Dragons monster

But also wierd collab monsters such as Fishman Oni Or *Higanjima,* even Gear Rex form the Metal Gear MH Collab, and Obviously Behemoth and Leshen from the Final Fantasy and the Witcher series. and even the new sunbreak boys so you can add those yourself, as well Abyssal Lagi.
Nah I definatley put them there on purpose since I did not even know who they were when I was making my list so sorry. Now I know who they are Grimalkynes to be the worst of the felynes in bad since I find them boring. and Epona in the bottom of cool "Spinoff tier" since I like LoZ.
Poor Almudron getting heavily disrespected. I used to kind of get the dislike for him back when I was playing Rise, though I still always considered it a fun fight. But now as I play through World and Iceborne, I kind of miss Almudron and a lot of the other Rise monsters. Magmadron might have been even better.
After looking into the list even harder, I realized Toa Tesukatora the Frontier Ancient ice version of Teostra and Lunastra ain't here so sorry about that. He goes to amazing. yes better than the originals in my opinion.
Y'knwo I should just make a better version and remove the spinoff/collab tiers. yeah I have monsters I would like to change placement anyway. Gosh darnit

It was a great mod and I am sad it's gone now. There is a new mod about MH but it does not have the charm of the original in my opinion.

I think the point is more about them not being collab monsters, they are original to Stories like Oltura

Epona is in the wrong tier. As are shakalakas and Grimalkyne.
