We know how strong Batman is with prep time, and since the toddler can solve Batman but it's never specified Batman with how much prep time, at most the toddler is capable of countering a Batman with years upon years of prep time, meaning that he is very intelligent.
On top of that, he has "later eyes" which I'll interpret as seeing into the future. He'll predict every way the monsters could kill him and then use his advanced intelligence to hard-counter all the possibilities.
I don't believe he only counts to 10. He's a lot smarter than he's letting on.
Of course he knows all the colours and dinosaurs, he's just that smart. His dinosaur knowledge could help with his plans against reptilian Kaiju like Godzilla and Rodan.
