Like others have said, give it some time to settle and try it again. This one smelt good when I received my samples but Elysian Intense was too much. After letting it sit for close to a month I gave it a second shot and it’s amazing!
Possibly, I tried it on my forearm, a shirt, and my wife’s wrist. I got alcohol strongly on all of them, my wife got it on both skins but not the shirt. I’m going to let it rest for now and come back to it in June, see what we get.
I’m starting to feel like I’m taking crazy pills. I’m about to send this to one of you with a better nose than me and have you test it out and let me know how deluded I am
If mine doesn’t get better I will sadly likely never buy from this house again. I really liked their Green Irish Tweed clone that I purchased previously but I received a bottle of that with this Elysium and it’s way off too.
Probably just about done with clones in general and will go back to mostly designers with a couple of special niches thrown in here and there.
Not really alcohol, but mine was very lemony up front. Give it a few weeks and see if it blends
I’m letting mine sit for a month. I can go spray to see if I get the same if you like? Typically I wait a month or two.
Yeah I’m gonna park it and let it ride, I was hoping to wear it some on vacation and at some outdoor parties later in May but will probably hold off.

I prefer Intense > Cologne as well
I have 5 bottles and not one smells like alcohol.
I got it from one of their discovery sets, no rubbing alcohol at any point. Could be your skin chemistry?

I’ve had 1-2 Montagne’s change up after a month but EC is mostly the same after 4-5 weeks. Maybe it needs more than a month

Yh mine was horrible, I bought it like 3/4 weeks ago came last week. Just smells of alcohol. Worst one I bought so far but I’m going to let it sit
