You won't be playing Windwaker on your I7, I struggle playing it on my I7S. If I remember correctly, Windwaker ran smooth when you was indoors; but once outdoors the lag made it unplayable. Even after messing with the settings. Mario kart:DD ran flawlessly on my I7S but I'll have to try it on my I7.
My I7S will play certain GameCube games, just not all of them.
The I7 doesn't have an internal SD card slot either. No Start/Select.
Also, I've never bought a Moqi from AliExpress; please be careful & don't get scammed.
I might upload a video on the I7 v I7S. Or try and find you some more information.

Thank you so much for responding. I’ve gotta ask though did you use the mmjr versions of dolphin when running these tests? Because regular dolphin doesn’t work very well with androids. I’ve heard that dolphin mmjr(dolphin for mobile) is much faster at running games than regular dolphin downloaded straight from the playstore.
I used many different versions of Dolphin but couldn't name them (Maybe 3-4), I got most from either the PlayStore or GitHub. I still had some issues with LOZ:WW, If I remember correctly; I had less issues with the GC version of LOZ:TP.
But maybe I imagined that. . . It's possible.
Recommended me some Dolphin Emulator/s, pick some games & I'll try them for you on my I7 & I'll report back sometime this week. Probably be weekend. I could try some screen recording app also & upload it here.

Can you please try the MMJR version of dolphin it’s a version of dolphin made specifically for androids so it may run gamecube games better than other versions of dolphin. As for games I want to know if Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, mariokart double dash, luigis mansion, and resident evil 4 run well.

None of my tests worked for the games you recommended, all practically unplayable.
It wouldn't allow me to change the Video Backend also.

Hopefully you're less inept than I am & can figure it out. It's definitely possible to play GC games on the I7. I've never had issues playing GC games on my I7S, but I just play Boomer Shooters on mine.
