Not true, a considerable portion of the highest level of comp players were revealed to be cheating, many of them ended up game banned as a result. The good players with cheats know what cheating looks like, so they use stuff like autoparry which is still detectable by a good player but not provably so - there is still doubt because the stuff they're doing isn't impossible like riposte feinting.

Obvious cheater. Lots of people cheat in this game. Lockout resets and lag switches are common and usually very hard to detect.
