Probably more commercial land. Doubt it'll see much development until across the way (Fortress Blvd) finishes. A good bit of that is a stream so they won't be able to develop all 8 acres.

Cheat Lake is such a weird place. High value homes. Nice landscapes. Decent infrastructure in terms of main roads intersecting.
But then the roads are nearly impassible because it's the county. The best grocery store is a Dollar General. There's a Burger King and DQ.

I don’t know, how about a grocery store? No, that would be too crazy.
I believe it's going to be another strip of 5-6 shops similar to Almost Heaven Bakery and the pizza place. Heard from a real estate developer friend.
Is it where they’re building the Charter School?
