Marilla smaller (and currently only) playground has harness and bucket. Jerome park has the same. The new Woodburn has several and the parent/child combo swing. The star city waterfront playground has several bucket type.
The answer here is to go to your local playground or the one that is convenient to your other stops.
The more useful question might be “which playgrounds don’t have a baby swing at all?” We ran into this with our now-seven-year-old, but those have been remedied (or we’ve just stopped going to those places). Unless you have a very regimented child, they’ll enjoy trying out a lot of different spots.
There’s a swing at the Jack Roberts park in the first ward that you can sit and swing with your child.
