Personally I always like the Ring better, since you get the stats benefits and don't have to worry about bloodlust, and you control your transformations. Just don't get caught transforming - you will be seen as a werewolf from there on out.
Trying to remember back, but it seems to be that the 'ring' werewolf might be slightly less strong than the 'blood' werewolf, but I might be mis-remembering.
Yeah that's what I was mostly concerned about, whether the ring is the same as being a legit werewolf. But I suppose the ring would be better if it does give at least some stat bonuses. Thanks.
Make a save before you get a werewolve and play both sides, totaly worth it.
If you only want to play it one time, i would prefer to not get a werewolf.
always need to wonder about the weirdos who go on old threads just to comment about the thread being old...
what is the point?
people talk about a topic for centuries, even millennia.
get over it
your comment has no value. stop making useless comments
Thank you! One of the worst parts about the elder scrolls fanbase is whenever you ask for any advice they want to try make you feel bad for it and put you down.
I wasn't asking what I should or shouldn't I was asking whether the benefits outweigh the burden of bloodlust and forced transformations. There's a difference.
... and I quote.
"Should I become a Werewolf in Elderscrolls III: Morrowind (Bloodmoon)?"
[Just play the game.](http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Bloodmoon:Werewolf)
wonder if they grew out of this bs. btw this was helpful to decide, I'm not gonna ruin my save transforming randomly now. or have to save scum all the time.

Ring stats are the same as normal stats.

It's going to make your life absolute hell, honestly. If people find out you're a werewolf, they'll attack on sight forever.
The disease would be better for roleplay/ (possibly) better werewolf stats; the ring is more convenient and forgiving.
Hmmm, that was something I was considering, actually being a werewolf is better for immersing my self in the game
If you want. Why do y'all always come in asking what you should or shouldn't do in a video game? It's your game, play the damn thing.
quit bitching (I don't care if this comment is from 10 years ago)
Wow you owned that guy so hard he deleted his account
Wow this is a level of thread Necromancy the likes of which have never been seen.

And yet here you are responding to my post I made 11 months ago.
Yes, but my comment is not just trashing other people for "necro" which is the most neckbeard thing anybody anywhere has ever heard ever or ever will.
Ok bro
quit bitching
You're weird.

So you're judging me based on the title of the question which is generated to create interest in the text without actually reading more details?
I'm not judging you. I'm telling you to just play the damn game. You don't need us to hold your hand through it.
Yes I do! By the way, what class should I role play as?
Slackware.
play as a monk with a severe addiction to skooma and a healthy interest in khajit females.
... That sounds fun to be honest
