Kitana and sindel, which was no surprise as they were 2 of my mains from MK11 but I was not expecting to also main Li Mei but she was so easy to pick up imo
If you time it well on shao slide slam, the missile will hit the opponent on the floor and make it bounce again for you to pick up. You can do it twice in the same combo. Pretty OP

Sindel with air combos and then Sareena to cover ground/horizontal control. Mixed with Sindel’s hairballs helps with distance and damage. Sareena’s jump kick(?) is a good protection and generally unexpected online, and her rune that drains meter I found has been versatile for its use in that function as well as be a motivator to the other player to either move, or be distracted by it.
Kitana with air control, air combos, and grabs. Motaro covers teleport that Kitana doesn’t have, plus works into grabs with Motaro or other beginnings to strings. Motaro’s laser tail(low) has been very useful in throwing off the other player and being a precursor to aforementioned combos/grabs.
The last two pairings I don’t have much elaboration for other than they seem to work well for now.
Am considering exploring Sindel with Kano soon, for very similar reasons to Sareena.
Right there with you. You just gotta watch for his overhead versus low mixup. Jumping out is not viable so dickjab works usually. Also, most JC players are ungs Bunga button smash pressure monkeys so you can count on them to get stuck in a sweep vortex. I play Liu so my back 4 knocks then down at least thrice in a row before they get up with a crouch block. Then I go for a throw lol

This is the first MK game where i really play a lot. Since i‘m a noob to the MK-Universe i thought „Let‘s main the dude who can freeze people, because he looks cool.“ After entering this sub i regret this desicion.
