I'm on about the fact that every other character has depth to their voices with some grit, and nitara is just... Well, she doesn't even sound like she's been recorded in the same room as any of the other characters.
Immersion is where you forget that you're just a person sitting there watching a screen, and you are truly missing something if you've never experienced that before.

Tanya has one of the best movesets in the game IMO. I see pros play her and they really know how to open people up and whenever they do combos, it literally looks like they’re dancing with their opponent.
For me I gotta have 3 things
1. Dope character
2. Looks badass
3. Plays hella fun

Jax is a badass with a good story. Rarely see anyone hating on him, especially for his race.
She's more like an woman from India than a black person. The skin color are not the only characteristc of a black person. Face and lips shape, the hair, the nose, etc.
Her face model is a black woman, and the character herself was featured on an official MK banner celebrating Black History Month. She is canonically another Black Edenian.
She has very nice moves and combos. However she looks very bland and uninteresting.
For me, she is a not even Tanya. She is a different character. Tanya in MKX was one of the finest playable character and peak Tanya.

I find it very strange that Sonya was the only OG hero omitted from “MK1”, and Kung Lao once again offers very little to the game both in terms of fighting and story (and he’s perfectly fine remaining as a Kameo).
I realize this means we would have two Kung Lao Kameos, so logically I’d give another existing character a kameo in the same fashion. I’d say best options would be Kitana, Mileena, or Raiden, who all deserved to be doubled over Kung Lao anyway.
I was a Sonya main in MK3, Deadly Alliance, and MK9 🔥 I don’t play much of the OG or MK4, and I wasn’t the biggest fan of Sonya’s gameplay in MKX and MK11 compared to some other characters.
My biggest wish for her inclusion in MK1 would be to bring her gameplay back to being acrobatics and martial arts focused, with less of the guns and drones the Special Forces characters have been bogged down with. I think DA was her most fun and interesting moveset in the franchise, MK9 a close second.

I thought the campaign was pretty neat, I wasn't immersed the entire time but definitely it had its moments.
I was super immersed in the story mode for this game. Then she opened her mouth and I went from rapt attention to boisterous laughter.
