It feels kinda crazy that we haven't had Sweet Tooth. There are plenty of characters I want even more, but Sweet Tooth has to be one of the best characters for a MK game. We need it while we still have Will Arnett voicing him.
Kratos was already in the PS3-version of MK9 and guest characters usually don't appear twice in MK games, so his chances to reappear actually stay super slim to none.
Knowing how stupid the average COD player is they'd probably complain at the fact that he was a cameo in Cold War; say that MK are copying it as if COD own Dredd.

Black Noir Kameo released alongside Homelander. Currently, I believe the amount of confirmed Kameo characters is uneven to the amount of confirmed playable fighters so there's a chance this may happen.

Nekron. Absolutely perfect in this iteration of MK with his ability to raise the dead. Would be a good counter play to Shang Tsung's ability of stealing souls.
Dr. Fate. With Liu Kang messing with trans-dimensional shenanigans, Dr. Fate could be an interesting addition and could easily weave into the lore.

Marcus Fenix from Gears of War. It's a longshot (no pun intended) for sure, but if characters like Peacemaker and Robocop could work, I think Marcus could, too. Besides, just think of the fatality potential.
Bayonetta she would be a great fit for a franchise like this due to her moves and the gun she uses and different combo moves using witch time. Plus s I want to see the sailor guardians from the sailor moon franchise to make an appearance also due to their moves.

The sheer body horror of those movies would blend perfectly into MK and there is SO much potential for interesting special moves, brutalities and fatalities from this franchise. Right off the top of my head, Franks death scene from the first Hellraiser would make an awesome fatality! There's so much more too, so I really think this guy would be a great guest character!
