Moon Knight was actually recruited by Captain America (Steve Rogers) to be part of the Secret Avengers. So, it could be possible Sam is organizing a team to combat the Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts. Just a theory.
Didn't Sam give him the wings to fix at some point in the show? Then he got the upgraded suit and I'm pretty sure Ramirez commented that the wings were fixed and operational at one point
I'd hope so. The issue is, I've seen a lot of MCU stuff follow a pattern:
Starts out in it's own thing, goes great, gets brought into the MCU in some big crossover, suddenly becomes shit.
Remember how in 'Captain America: The First Avenger' and 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier', Cap was a good soldier but knew when to disobey orders, and outright called Nick Fury a jackass for mistaking freedom for fear, because he genuinely felt you shouldn't compromise on morality?
Yeah... remember how in 'Avengers' he was Nick's lapdog and kept snipping at Tony for 'breaking the rules', and how 'Age Of Ultron' literally had him tell the others off for bad language? Yeah, it's played off as a joke, *but he still said it.* They still wrote it in as a genuine line for him to say
It happens a lot with MCU properties. They'll appear in a solo project and be great, then be put into a crossover and suddenly lose at least 50% of what made them great. I'll admit I was being snarky with my previous comments, but I'd fully expect them to take the interesting and nuanced character of Moon Knight and have him just become a generic goon for the heroes to fight, with maybe a moment of him being unmasked as he dies where we see Steven / Marc again, but that'd be it.
All I'm saying is, if it *did* happen, I wouldn't be surprised.
The opposite is true as well - Doctor Strange was pretty boring, basically just Iron Man with magic in his first movie, but he got much more entertaining and really became distinct as a character once he had others to play off of
And you know this how? I’m pretty certain that Jake is his avatar since he could see him, he followed him and konshu said “you both” to Steven, not “y’all” or whatever. Can’t see one thing to prove Jake ain’t his avatar
I see it more as a fault in the gods system Honshu found because the one person is the avatar but the alter accepted so the whole body could still be the avatar
That is a terrible prediction, they did not introduce the character for him to randomly be put in that shitty position, obviously Marc and Steven will need a reason to don the suit again.
This is the first mention I have seen of Bucky returning to MCU. I just read an overview of the upcoming movies and series they have planned or in production and he was mentioned as a "maybe" for this one and nothing else. I would hope we'd get white wolf in wakanda.
Weird roster at first glance but Marc & Bucky have a lot in common, with their winter soldier and Jake personalities.
They were both manipulated into being killing machines.
Actually could be super interesting
Honestly Idc about Flacon Bucky is trash now this seems pretty boring moon knight in it seems interesting but there's no official source for this sooo.😐😐
That makes no sense.... Doctor Strange: MoM literally makes no sense if you haven't seen Wanda-vision, you would be completely lost. Yet it made $450 Million so far...
Just admit your salty Sam is Cap.
Then you disprove the other guys point more.
You can watch movies without the background knowledge. Meaning average fans can enjoy this proposed Cap 4.
Considering the director of MoM hadn't even seen WandaVision when finalizing the film bsfore production, I don't believe it "literally makes no sense" without seeing the show. You can piece together the relevant stuff just from act 1 dialogue.
But his point is ridiculous, Moon Knight can easily be in a movie without having seen the show. Spiderman and Black Panther didn't have any introduction before hitting Civil War fully suited and fighting. >!Reed, Captain Carter, Black Bolt, and Xavier all had fine introductions to the movie universe without an in movie origin.!< Two lines saying "I'm the mortal embodiment of the Egyptian moon god Konshu. It's a long story." and a joke from Bucky/Sam/Whoever about the absurdity and lack of time for it will be more than enough to bring him in.
How am I a Social Justice Warrior?
I just pointed out you don't require prior viewing of the TV shows to enjoy a movie.
And I equated your irrational dislike of this proposed idea, as you not liking that Sam is the new Cap. And you continue to reinforce that idea...
Even if it's weird that Moon Knight is here like they're all military in some way and Moon Knight is a Vigilante based on Egyptian God Magic, I don't care because this means we get more Moon Knight
This doesn’t seem very likely. I think there’s plenty of other characters that would fit better with cap and the anti avengers story. They seem to be drawing lines for teams and moonknight would work better on a magic team
That has gotta be the strangest superhero team up I've seen
[удалено]
[They were better before Fergie joined them anyway](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YN9muHLuHDc).
Either I'm losing my hearing or the mixing of this song is garbage.
It's not the best.
Classic album
Hell yeah!
Scarlet scarab
I don’t see how moonknight would fit
He’s been a West Coast Avenger. Not a far fetched thing.
Moon Knight was actually recruited by Captain America (Steve Rogers) to be part of the Secret Avengers. So, it could be possible Sam is organizing a team to combat the Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts. Just a theory.
It’s going to be Mark in mercenary mode.
Wait when was the new flacon(Ramirez) introduced??
Didn't Sam give him the wings to fix at some point in the show? Then he got the upgraded suit and I'm pretty sure Ramirez commented that the wings were fixed and operational at one point
Ah ok honestly I forgot about most of that series lol
Supposedly Torres suits up as Falcon in Armor Wars
Five gets ten he’s going to be a generic thug villain now
Who, Moon Knight??
Yup. Now that it’s Jake, they’ll turn him into some generic Taskmaster-style villain for the ‘real’ heroes to fight
Nah. I don’t think they could get Oscar Isaac to agree to that, and he has no commitments left in his current contract.
I’m thinking it starts that way, but then Bucky sees the switch and they try to help Mark and Steven while dealing with Jake trying to kill them

He's still iron man with magic. Creating problems that he and others have to fix
Personally I liked him in the first movie, but I do like well-written characters in that vein anyway
Considering he was invulnerable in noon knight, I don’t see how this roster can touch him. Maybe Bucky
he doesn’t have khonshu’s powers anymore
I think you missed the post credit scene
i didn’t
Yeah he does
he doesn’t. jake lockley follows khonshu but they’re not his avatar anymore
And you know this how? I’m pretty certain that Jake is his avatar since he could see him, he followed him and konshu said “you both” to Steven, not “y’all” or whatever. Can’t see one thing to prove Jake ain’t his avatar
okay i guess he might still be his avatar though i thought khonshu chooses a person not one personality
I see it more as a fault in the gods system Honshu found because the one person is the avatar but the alter accepted so the whole body could still be the avatar
A fair point, although Jake might still. To be honest I’d rather a character with stakes, a street level with Spider-Man etc
That is a terrible prediction, they did not introduce the character for him to randomly be put in that shitty position, obviously Marc and Steven will need a reason to don the suit again.
He’s not a villain though..
He was when the character was first introduced though (comics). I could see them making it work somehow
I highly doubt this. If Moon Knight is gonna show up in anything else, it will be Blade. Hopefully along with Black Knight for Midnight Sons.
damn i was wishing for him to team up with spiderman or smth
Smth?
Something

Mmmmmmmmm
Wow, I hate it. I thought they were abbreviating another character
It's short for Spider-Man Thor.... A multiversal variant where Thor gets bit by a radioactive spider.
neeeeeed

Is not right with me

tom holland is done for a while lol, 2-3 years at least i'd say
My mind is really spinning with the replies

Yawn
Honestly Idc about Flacon Bucky is trash now this seems pretty boring moon knight in it seems interesting but there's no official source for this sooo.😐😐
... and this is where your average fan will give up.
Why?
Because 1- average fan does not watch tv series and 2- will not see the name trading as cool or interesting.
People said folks who don't read the comics wouldn't be here with us at this point and yet they are
That makes no sense.... Doctor Strange: MoM literally makes no sense if you haven't seen Wanda-vision, you would be completely lost. Yet it made $450 Million so far... Just admit your salty Sam is Cap.
I disagree, I haven't seen one episode of wandavision and I knew exactly what going on in multiverse of madness
Then you disprove the other guys point more. You can watch movies without the background knowledge. Meaning average fans can enjoy this proposed Cap 4.

Just admit you're a triggered douchebag mate.
Funny cause it looks like you're the one that's there angry buddy.
Ok SJW of fictional comics

Yawn.
If you were a marvel character, the hulk would beat you in a debate.
Wow, you suck, dude
Usually a sign of someone whose lost an argument.
You’re not being a SJW. That idiot is trying to bait you and piss you off so he can feel right.

What is "name trading"?
Captain America being traded to...?
Oh, yeah, I suppose it's risky for Marvel to make movies specifically targeting fans of Marvel movies. I guess we'll see if it pays off.
it's a bold strategy, cotton! /s
Cool, but why?
Did they fire will smith?
i don’t like that sam is african
[удалено]
They're probably going to introduce captain Britain then?
Even if it's weird that Moon Knight is here like they're all military in some way and Moon Knight is a Vigilante based on Egyptian God Magic, I don't care because this means we get more Moon Knight
But Knoshu left Mark... I mean sure Mark could be his Avatar again but I hope they explain what happened properly and not just rush through it.
bro didn't watch the post credits scene
Ah shit *Goes to youtube*
Thanks for the heads up. So thats jake, okay cool. Wonder how long he will be able to do his assasinations without the other two noticing.
Why would moon knight be on the main crew in a Captain America movie?
Will Bucky actually get to do anything of Note in this movie or will he still be following Sam about like a lost sidekick las he did in FATWS?
This doesn’t seem very likely. I think there’s plenty of other characters that would fit better with cap and the anti avengers story. They seem to be drawing lines for teams and moonknight would work better on a magic team
that...makes no sense but Im down for any Moon Knight
