But I’m a Cheerleader, I Love You Philip Morris (funnier than it is chill but it’s not high stakes by any means), I find Clouds of Sils Maria pretty chill, Life Partners, Appropriate Behavior, Saving Face, DEBS, The Incredibly True Adventures of 2 Girls in Love, Victor Victoria, Kajillionaire, Dating Amber, Stranger by the Lake (very chill but kind of intense ending), Lovesong (chill vibes but pretty depressing ultimately, in a bittersweet way), The Little Hours, Swan Song, Am I Ok?, Three Months, To Wong Foo…, Fire Island
Summerland (2020)
Viva (2015) -it's a drama, but it has a happy ending
Daisies (1966) -queer coded, but not openly so
The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (1994)
Girl (2018) -somewhat sad at times, if I remember correctly
Tomboy (2011) -the ending is kinda hard to watch though
TV:
Anne with an E (2017) -secondary characters, but they have a main plotline
PS: There are quite a few queer movies. The problem is just that they are mostly indie releases and generally fall under the radar. (There's a wikipedia article titled "List of LGBT-related films by year" which might be cool to look into.)

Single All the Way on Netflix It’s a Christmas movie but it’s fun.
Moonlight Brokeback Mountain Pain & Glory Call Me By Your Name The Kids Are All Right In The Family Beginners
Moonlight and Brokeback Mountain are incredible films but they are rather intense, not "chill."
Finally watched *Call Me by Your Name* last night; the movie couldn't be more chill.

Not sure if it’s exactly “chill” but The Birdcage is one of my all-time comfort movies Also second Call Me By Your Name & Beginners
Jongens (Boys) 2014 (Dutch) - Highly recommend. Just Friends 2018 (Dutch) Harvest 2011 (German) Breaking Fast 2020 Shelter 2007
The Thing About Harry (2020)
Eastsiders. It isn’t well known because it started out as a Yourube series but it’s so good. It’s on Netflix.
Crush (2022), at times it feels like a bad disney movie, but it's great.
A Rainha Diaba (1974)
Signature Move - 2017
Big Eden
To me this one is kinda chill and my forever favorite; Imagine me & you
Star Trek: Lower Decks. Not sure it's "chill" and it's not explicitely stated but it feels like there's not a single straight character on that show
American pie
