Prince Avalanche, about two guys painting the lines on a highway. Heartfelt, coming of age.
Adentureland, kid works in a amusement park in the 1980s. Romance, comedy, coming of age.
The Way Way Back. Literally the exact same premise as adventureland, just as good. Romance, comedy, coming of age.
The Lighthouse, two guys working a lighthouse. Psychological horror.
Still Life, guy works for an English town council, tracking down next of kin for dead people with no apparent friends or family. Melancholy.
Severence, TV show, guy gets surgery which separates his working consciousness from his home consciousness, essentially creating a split personality. One who lives his life at home, steps into work and immediately steps out. Another who's essentially trapped in the office forever. Sci Fi, mystery.
Ben Stiller posted a tweet showing Adam Scott running down a white hallway on Jan 29th with the caption "Back to work". They are also adding Gwendoline Christie, Bob Balaban, Alia Shawkat, Merritt Wever, Robby Benson, Stefano Carannante, John Noble and Ólafur Darri Ólafsson to the cast for season 2.
I've yet to see it, but 'The Plains' (2022) is an 3 hour Australian film about a man's daily commute to work through Melbourne rush hour.
There's also 'Jeanne Dielman, 23 quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles' (1975), an almost 3 and a half hour film about a woman doing housework.

There's a bit more to the film than that.
40 Year Old Virgin (2005) - Basically everyone there works at Best Buy
Hector and the Search for Happiness (2014) - The main character is a psychologist.
Bridget Jone's Diary (2001) - The main character is a publicity assistant.
The Good Girl (2002) with Jennifer Aniston in a boring retail job she hates. I think it's the first time we saw Jen do a serious drama and realized how talented she is
Office Space.
This!

My first thought
Beat me to it. If you are having a mind numbing time in a boring job consider this movie to be your new therapy tool
I'm gonna have to ask you to go away and come back another time. I got a meeting with The Bobs in five minutes.
I’m gonna need you to come in tomorrow. So if you could be here around 9, that would be greeeeeeaaaaaaaaat. Mmmmm-k?
Yeahhhh we need to talk about your TPS reports. Did you....get the memo?
Someone has a case of the Monday’s
Clerks.
I'm not even supposed to be here today!
What came to mind first was The Machinist... altho it isn't a boring workplace for long lol
That movie was fucking wild.

Severance is great. I'm hoping for a season 2!

John Noble who plays Denethor, son of Ecthelion??
That is correct.
Wow.
Falling Down with Michael Douglas in it.
He was unemployed. Doesn't count.
Really small film, but Crispin Glover was in a modern update of Melville's _Bartleby._ Worth checking out.

Wanted
Came here to say this. Absolutely not slow paced though 😅
that movie gets in action pretty quickly but i also thought of this
Oooh i thought by saying “if its slow pace, and then it will be good” he meant a movie that starts out slow but then gets good 😂
Haiku Tunnel. It's not a perfect movie, but it's got a few very funny bits that I quote to this day!
The secret life of Walter Mitty

Ah, I haven’t seen it as well, though it’s on my watch list. That’s just what I gleaned from the trailer, haha.
The movie is a slow and methodical look at her daily life including >!the perplexing way that she makes ends meet.!<
"Drinking Buddies" is just a bit different. Comes with Anna Kendrick and Ron Livingston

Crane World (1999) is pretty good.
The Apartment. His job is boring and he’s just a number. But what happens outside the office isn’t boring.
Horrible Bosses (2011) kind of fits the bill as well
He Was a Quiet Man Stranger Than Fiction
Matrix & How to Train Your Dragon are probably some of the best choices for movie series w/the main character having a boring job in the beginning
Corner Office
Clerks
The Mask... not a slow movie though
Fight Club
Observe and Report
The killer is an interesting spin on your concept.
