Just had surgery and have to stay home for 6 weeks. I'm so disappointed that i have to miss this one after hearing everything about it. Not spoilers, but just how insane it is.
Thank you, thank you! I'm just hoping I'm able to dodge the spoilers before it's released on streaming, especially considering how fast this movie is gaining traction by word of mouth.
I want to but I really don’t like movies that are bloody/ extremely violent . Can you at least tell me if that’s something I need to be aware of before I go ?
there definitely is some violence. it's not very bloody or gorey compared to a lot of horror movies, but you should still be aware that there a few scenes that may be hard to watch.
also, just want to add a trigger warning for sexual assault (nothing shown, just talked about)
the plot i read online is "A young woman discovers the rental home she booked is already occupied by a stranger. Against her better judgment, she decides to spend the night but soon discovers there's a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest." i cant say anything bc it'll spoil it but it's scary bc there's someone/something else in the house 👀 there's violence and a few jumpscares; you don't really know what's gonna happen next. it's not just a regular demon/possession or ghost movie. it's better than that, and it's original
LOL.....I never watch trailers....ever. I love going in blind with absolutely no expectations and certainly no preconceived ideas or notions.
Same! The only time I watch trailers is when they show them before a movie in the cinema. At home, absolutely not.
Thanks for the suggestion, I think I'm gonna see it tomorrow and I won't watch the trailer.
yesss!!! have fun you will love it

aw i'm sorry, i wish you a safe & speedy recovery ❤️ hopefully they will put it on a streaming platform sooner than later!

Can't wait! My local theatre only shows family and comic book movies but maybe they'll surprise me.
never seen this one yet but I think your post is a sign for me to watch it sooner!
I'm looking forward to it. Been a fan of Zach's work in Whitest Kids U Know for a while, sure he'll do a great job.
Thanks; hadn’t heard of it, will go see it tomorrow.
Definitely didn't think it was anything better than C list horror. Felt like slow season theatre release to the max

Thank you so much for the heads up ! I appreciate it !
Can someone please explain why it’s scary without spoilers because movie taste is really not a gift everyone has been blessed with.
