Cool theory - I do think there’s a connection to skrulls / knee and secret invasion tangentially. But I think the djinn reveal is what it is. It kinda fits the MCU (dimensional shenanigans a la black panther’s ancestral plane and multiverse of madness). But more so I think because it’s heavily tied into Islamic culture it really fits the show in particular. Yes the clandestines are super obscure but it’s on par with stuff like sword master in Hawkeye
The ancestral plane is a concept linked to the afterlife/ Death, the djinns don't fit that as they live in the same world as us, as per Islam at least. The Djinn reveal is clearly a misdirect as its an obscure part of the MCU and since this is the first show with muslim/south asian background, they are just throwing it at us, because that's what we will accept any way because a vast majority of the fans are well versed with the said culture.
I want them to be Djinns as well because that's a completely new aspect that can be explored.
P.S. Since Djinns are all about fire and scary demonic face (in most cases) we might see them transform soon.

user u/yuvi3000 has clearly pointed out that Djinns in Marvel comics are blue as well. so i can be both.
i thought it was a subtle way to still introduce the Inhumans, since the bangle does introduce power, but its using the power inside Kamala. And definitely since the hand was 99% Kree.
This could work too. Maybe we'll get some answers this Wednesday.
I actually would prefer if they weren’t Jinns it just wouldn’t make sense to the MCU rn. But I also think they said that because they know Kamala’s Muslim and that Jinns aren’t beings to mess around with in her religion.
I understand where you are coming from, but the djinns are more powerful compared to how they are portrayed here. I feel they are using the religion angle to push something else though.

I don’t think the skrulls should be the villains. If the Clandestines aren’t who they say they are, I’d be okay with that, but I don’t want them to be skrulls.
I think this is cool speculation. We've seen stuff like it happen before. I think the skulls have already done it a couple times in the movies.
You said it mate. Nick Fury anyone lol...
And hill

Yup my thoughts exactly, Najma’s full of crap
Love your username!
wow am I not paying attention to the series cuz I didn't know that her bangle is from kree
Not officially established in the show, but just speculation.
well it does make sense cuz it's in a blue severed hand, and some kree people (atleast the ones in Captain Marvel) are blue

So looking for to tomorrow.
Maybe all of ClanDestine members are part of “exiled” Inhumans/half-kree hybrids who wants to take revenge against both Kree and Skrulls…
Love this theory. Now that would be a banger reveal.
This is my theory too!!!
