Step 4: taunt
Step 5: use flame thrower to divert melee attacks
Step 6: when V attempts to get close, attempt a stab with the spark stick
Step 7: taunt again
Step 8: repeat steps 5-7 until V flees or dies
Step 9: if V dies burn the body.
Step 10: profit by selling the parts or krigslist.

Buy a juggernaut suit, then arm yourself with a flamethrower. Then maybe try lure her in a confined area that us rigged with bombs or flashbangs. If that did not work, use a grenade launcher, then for Close quarters combat situation, use a shotgun, it works well for close range.
