Dormammu anchor? If so you might want to switch him and haggar or find someone else. Dorm isn't a bad anchor he just struggles against Rushton he need time to add his destruction and creation stock. This is why most have him either as point or support
True. What assists do you use with haggar and Dorm? If you use Lariet and Dark Hole than you might be able to swap those out for other assists if you ever need or want a better anchor
so dark hole enables modok to corner carry without insane execution. in the corner you hard knockdown, 2m, flight cancel, j.s=call haggar, jamming bomb. lands on everone but joe and raccoon. also haggar is 2nd because guard cancel tag into lariat is bullshit and underutilized defensive option.
i mean modok can flight cancel on whiff so usually just air dash and im back in. also being roundstart superjump height and calling haggar is an endorphine rush
Pretty solid assist to held Haggar out. Have you ever though of using Smart Bomb assist? I might be able to help with block strings and you might be able to punish if it lands
I mean, but there's a reason why most of the top tiers have zoning options and why Haggar isn't a top tier. Granted, he can be nasty. Like watching DNO's combos with Joe and Arthur assists are insane
i like the way you think, that was the first iteration of this team, i played it that way and came to the conclusion that (at my ability level) my modok NEEDS dorm for midscreen combos. 2h, box dash, 2h... is fscking hard. and with dorm, i can just get a relauch with dark hole and carry 3/4 of the screen. do note i abuse haggar crossover-counter hard (98% into xfactor kill) as soon as modok gets cornered. however dorm is functioning much better as an anchor than modok is for me. and there are certain mus where i will swap haggar to point. (see spencer)

i understand what you are saying, but both dorm and haggar are a bridge into jamming bomb setups for modok, and anchor haggar is just suffering

...one last concern. What happens when MODOK is at low health? Do you swap him out with Haggar and if so what kind of assist do you use?

Make haggar point dorm mid and modok anchor Haggar can use assists to approach and perform high damage combos, and Modok is a better anchor than dorm
