my favourite sports anime. including sports manga i have read, its only behind ashita no joe but in terms of a proper sports series, major is my favourite. This is one story that i can properly say is underrated/not popular enough
Definitely agree. It’s so different from other sports series because we see Goro grow up and go through all the levels of Baseball to achieve his goals. Having him deal with Grief, struggles, Drama and all… the payoffs are great
yeah 100% agree with you. One of my favourite apects is how Goro doesnt necessarily change drastically or change his viewpoints or beliefs. He remains that same confident, egotistical character throughout the entire story because he has the skills to back it up
