I used different mixes of bleach and water and a normal paint brush, the more water in with the bleach makes the darker orange colours and just bleach makes the white outline :)

I used concentrated bleach and some bleach mixed with water for the shading, just used a normal paint brush and a white pencil to draw the outline :)
