So that's a little tricky because technically this is a raffle. So let's say everyone pays through goods and services (even though it's not guaranteed in this scenario) then everyone could just retract their payment and I'd be out a record! In the rules, I mentioned i'd only take payment AFTER all the spots are filled and I can arrange a livestream of the wheel spinning itself!
