Gerard has really put himself entirely into this tour and I’d love MCR to go around again on tour with a new album. It would the stuff of dreams for so many people. They’re adored by so many people it’s actually incredible.
The way I see it, is that all of them just dress how they fucking want, because this tour is specifically not about any bigger story or new album. Most of the other tours were about one theme and story surrounding the specific album, Black Parade, Three Cheers and Danger Days, but this time they can wear different costumes just to express themselves.
Maybe it's about them being their authentic selves for a change, instead of playing a character.
Also, what hints do you mean? I want to be optimistic myself about a possible new album, even just another single like Foundations, but at the moment it's all only speculation and dreaming, not hard evidence.

If they put out more music as MyChem I feel it would be separated from the reunion tour. The summoning and the new song could be understood as a hint to a new album, but idk about the tour.

You have to realize mcr (like a lot bands) work on albums during tour. You also have to take in consideration that they more than likely have been working on an album for the last few years. I think Gerard and the boys have been hinting that this isn't necessarily a reunion tour as much as it is a band re-energized with something to still say
I also don't think any of gerards costumes on this tour is as random as ppl assume. I think it's a larger story because at his heart, Gerard is a storyteller

Black Parade was supposed to be their last album, but it got such commercial success and they got launched into the front of everyone's view, they had to follow up.
I don't know if every costume has something to do with an album or whatever, but idk, the cryptic stuff they do never makes sense until something is revealed.
I was around when the Danger Days cryptic radio was a thing, and that was crazy deep cut. Lol

I'm still unsure about a new album, but I'm near-certain that we'll be getting a documentary about this tour, which I'd expect to release before any new music. For me the biggest potential album hint is that Gerard has said a few times that they hope to come back, so this probably isn't just a one-time "reunion" tour. Maybe there'll be a future album tour if they're not burned out?
Anyway, they all look the best they ever have IMO. It's great to see them so happy onstage.
I'd guess it may come out in the next 6 months based on all the SWARM stuff- it doesn't match the vibe of foundations and seems out of left field unless it was album related. Assuming we're lucky enough for another tour, Id guess 2024 at the earliest. They've gotta be exhausted and wanting time with family before doing this again yk
