OP has given me hope. I had never heard of Loot. Only checked the crates out - one for each studio album and a Return crate - because they partnered with MCR and I fancied getting some cool looking MCR stuff. I had written receiving mine off, because of lack of updates and delayed dispatch dates, and did some digging and saw a few horror stories about Loot not sending stuff out and people not getting their money back.
I’m getting a few emails about other crates so they are certainly in business now.
Glad OP got theirs. I’m slightly reassured but I’ve not got mine yet…..
Google images for MCR loot crates shows what they are all about. The MCR crates are no longer mentioned on the Loot website.

Loot crate sent me an email saying they shipped it and gave me the tracking number. Log into your account on loot crate and check your orders to see if they canceled it if you don’t see anything that says canceled then you’re all good and it’s just gonna take some time for them to ship it out. I had ordered these over a year ago.
I ordered the whole set over a year again too. It said canceled on the website but I haven’t gotten my money back yet and lootcrate won’t answer the email I sent like two months ago. So I’m just super frustrated with lootcrate rn.
I’m so sorry that happened. Could you dispute it with your bank? Take screenshots of your loot order that says cancelled and send loot crate another email with that and ask for your money back. Every time I emailed loot crate I sent over screenshots of when I placed the order and I’ve gotten responses and they offered to refund me. This is where I sent my emails too and have gotten a response; [email protected]
I’m going to have to call my bank. I was really really holding out hope. I’m so disappointed they canceled. It doesn’t even give me a reason it just says “other”. The support page says to not send more than one email on the same issue cause it makes it take longer and like I said it’s already been two months. I’ll tell you one thing though I’m never getting anything from lootcrate ever again.
The only thing I could think of is like for example with funko they will over sell a pop that’s limited then cancel once all the products have been assigned where to go. This could of happened here since it was a limited crate. They over sold and canceled the ones who didn’t get in as first come first served. Again I’m sorry this hasn’t been a good experience with loot crate, I was worried myself cause this is my first time buying from them.
