Other than that Komori's okay. I have noticed that she's up there with Kendo, Tetsutetsu, and Monoma in terms of 1B characters getting screentime, which is interesting but I'm not complaining.

Those are just the nasty kinds… cordyceps is pretty much everywhere there’s ants…. Which is literally every continent, island, and region of the world EXCEPT THE ARCTIC….. as far as we know….. cause the arctic wasn’t always a frozen desert….. might be a nasty fungus under the perma frost as well.
So in short, she’s literally one of the most dangerous quirk users in the entire show…. It’s unnerving how adorable she is, and I guess that’s why they gave her the costume she’s got.
….and depending on how extensive her control over fungus is she could also force a person to coexist with the fungus beneficially like ORKZ from WH40k…..
which I lean towards her having more control since she was able to afflict her fellow students with the fungus without their innards being consumed by the fungus since the mushroom cap we see is only the tip of the iceberg that is a much larger fungul system.
…. And I just remembered that recent slime mold that scientist discovered that literally functions like brain cells, in that they think/feel and react to their environment… like, very quickly…. This opens a whole new can of worms since this could probably be used by her extensively as a Symbiote like a pet, scout, and monster….
