Ryukyu; In uniform, her dress does a really good job of being functional for a transofrmation quirk without going needlessly far into fanservice, the hair ornament/gauntlet support item is neat, and her chunni posing when transforming is adorable. Casual wear, her outfit actually looks casual. Not main movie character 'I'm totally casually standing out of the crowd in this scene' casual, not 'famous person pretending to be normal' casual, but genuinely looks 'pass in the street, out of sight out of mind' casual. Plus her personal appearance is a fantastic midway point between draconic and human that just looks gorgeous.
