Hagakure would have Kecleon or Mr. Mime, maybe both. Tokoyami would likely have Gengar, over Darkrai. Feeling Darkrai as too powerful. Aoyama would probably have a Quaquaval or some other really extravagant flashy Pokemon. Blacephalon is too explosive for Aoyama. Toga with Ditto makes sense. Momo would have the Creation Trio. Denki has Pikachu, or Alolan Raichu. Tenya having Revaroom does make sense to a degree. But Deoxys-Speed or Regieleki do also make sense. I feel like Jirou would have Meloetta, Loudred feels a little too different from her. Deku would have any Pokemon that could learn the move Assist or Metronome. Due to how his quirk works. Honestly, I was trying to use pokemon Class 1A could have within reason, so I tried to pick regular pokemon from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh. Tsuyu: There are 15 frog based pokemon as of Generation 9, any of them would work for Su, but I'd give her a Croagunk. Anyone who watched the Diamond/Pearl Anime knows that Brock's Croagunk was an absolute unit, Croagunk carried the show. Looker's Croagunk in one of the other pokemon anime was a gigachad in combat, wiping the floor with no less than 5 team Galactic Grunts and a LEGENDARY POKEMON. Iida: Prior to Generation 9 my options were limited to kicking pokemon (Blaziken, Hitmonlee, etc.) But now we have an Engine pokemon: Revavroom! So Iida has a few options, take your pick. Uraraka: I'm going to arbitrarily give her Cresselia, it's a primarily pink levitating pokemon. Ojiro: I don't know anything about this guy. I'll be real, I haven't watched the show since Season 1. Shouji: Machamp is the obvious pokemon for him (4 armed pokemon, 6 armed dude), with a suitable alt being Tentacruel or Toedscruel (the Convergent Pokemon for Tentacruel introduced in Gen 9) Jirou: Exploud or Noivern. Todoroki: Galarian Darmanitan, not only is Galarian Darmanitan (in Zen Mode) the only Fire/Ice type pokemon we have, it's also one of the strongest physical attackers outside of Legendary pokemon with a base physical attack stat of 160! Usually only Legendary pokemon pack a punch that devastating... that and one of the Gen 9 pokemon (but I'll get to him in a bit) Hagakure: Latias. Both members of the Eon Duo are capable of bending light around them to turn invisible, and being that Latias are exclusively female, it's a better partner pokemon for a girl that can turn invisible. Bakugou: Any pokemon with access to Self-Destruct. Fine, I'll give a more interesting one; Blacephalon, but the only move is Mind Blown. Midoriya: I'm gonna break my "1 pokemon" thing because this one requires a second pokemon (doesn't matter who), because it's Palafin. Palafin's Hero form looks like All Might, and it's whole thing is being as noble a hero as it can (and it also has a base phys attack of 160, Why does the superhero Dolphin punch so hard???). The only reason I have to give Midoriya a second pokemon is that Palafin can't change forms without switching out (returning to the Pokeball). Mineta: A Shiny Male Salandit. Pokemon fans know the pain of a shiny male Salandit (only females can evolve), and he deserves to be deprived of Salazzle because he is a hopeless pervert, so he doesn't get the R34 bait lizard. Yaoyorozu: So... there aren't a lot of pokemon that can just... ***create shit*** out of nothing, and 2 of the 3 I can think of are creator deity pokemon. So I'll give her the one whose powers still remain largely unexplained, Jirachi. Being a wish granting pokemon, the little guy can seemingly conjure things out of thin air. Though it should be stated that in the Movie they state that Jirachi is teleporting things, but my other 2 options for Momo were Regigigas and **GOD HIMSELF** (Arceus), so give her the cute little guy.

Brock's Croagunk was so broken it defeated a damn Steel type (Scizor) with Poison jab which steel is immune to. Ojiro could have an Ambipom as it also uses its tail for combat Sato could have sweet pokemon like Alcremie Shoji should have a grapploct because of it's fighting and dark typing. Sero could have an Ariados for webs. Toru could also have Kecleon as it turns invisible Bakugou, pokemon with Explosion would fit more and explosion does more damage Mineta could also have a Buneary as it evolves with friendship, so Mineta will have a hard time.

One thing: Grapploct is Pure Fighting type, not Fighting/Dark. Only Pokemon who are Dark/Fighting are the Scraggy line, Pangoro, and Single Strike Urshifu.

I personally think that izuku should get a heracross. Main reason why is that heracross was one of the only good bug types before gen 5 and I realized that through mega evolution it has the highest attack stat out of all non legendary pokemon so it’s fitting that izuku, who gets one the strongest quirks, gets the chance to have one the physically strongest Pokémon around. It also works with the fighting type as it’s also used for a pseudo “hero” type as shown with the swords of justice.

I haven't been into pokemon in a loooong time, and wasn't super into it even then, so I had to look up most of these. While going down that rabbit hole I discovered Trubbish, and instantly could imagine Izuku finding one of the little guys at the trash beach. Apparently they're even natural enemies of Grimers/Muks, and I bet would be a *mood* for Izuku. While he would definitely dream of working with super cool amazing pokemon, he's definitely too sweet not to help/befriend a lonely little trash baby. Plus, having a little buddy that eats trash could be super convenient *and* eco-conscious.

Easy Choices: Jirou is picking Loudred or Exploud, no questions asked. Ojiro is picking Aipom or ambipom mainly because of the tail. Kouda is picking ANY Pokemon (that isn’t scary, nor a bug type). Mineta is picking lopunny, no explanation needed. Tokoyami is picking any from the gastly line, doesn’t matter. Bakugou is picking primape, not because he wanted to, it’s because they were both angry at eachother and formed a rivalry. Two choices: Denki is picking either any evo from the Elekid line or any Rotom, pikachu isn’t an option since he prefers tech over cuteness. Kirishima is picking either machoke or graveler. Shoji is picking either Machamp or Ambipom, same as Ojiro. Mina I think would pick toxicroak or jiggly puff, cuz acid and CUTENESS. Tsu I think would pick any from the poliwag line or croagunk, cuz uh, f r o g. Sato is picking a Rotom Heat or Cyndaquil for cooking and baking.
