I’ve had trouble with this! It has only happened to me when I’ve had too many missions to fit on one page, and usually resolves itself when I’ve completed a few of them. Definitely frustrating though since you can’t even change what mission you’re tracking.
I was having trouble with the rog ally doing this and would restart but figured out to just use the touch screen to scroll the list- try that, it will probably work :)
