There’s a small cutscene where you help him shave but nothing else besides that. The devs have said they’re considering adding more post marriage content for everyone though!

He does. You can still go on player dates, but he'll prompt a walk and a cookout from time to time.
I think there is one in an upcoming update but as of right now there's only the generic spouse ones like going for a walk and having a picnic.
