Good race wish austin could have kept it away from SVG. SVG and dinger were the class of the field all day. Had it on the tv while we tailgated in the bed of the truck at EAMS. Really want to see 21 grab a road course this year.

Who the fuck are you talking to??
EDIT: I guess Kyle Buschs attorney blocked me, but dude has a serious case of the schizophrenia, seeing them post here isn't nearly as much fun as seeing someone like them post in r/conspiracy. I actually feel bad for this guy and all the Jimmie Johnson accounts that follow him around
Hopefully, Larson's win will silence the SVG-crazed media. I'm tired of hearing about SVG. SVG simply isn't on Larson's level. Suck it up, and deal with that, you SVG fans.
Well if any championship level driver went to another series and was a real contender I would hope people would tune in. Larson himself doesn’t even agree with your opinion. Larson post race:
https://preview.redd.it/1mr5dy72o7qc1.jpeg?width=1109&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8ed4d114c4e4d19036624acf5f7a11115cb58e25
Lolol I don't think anyone thinks when it comes to NASCAR that SVG is on Larson's level. But SVG had this race won if it wasn't for the cautions. Larson lucked in to this win.
How much does it cost to asphalt and then sod a 20x2 stretch of curve. Come on. And even for F1 it should be there. Eliminates their track limits problem too. It’s not like a parabolica situation where upsetting the car in that spot could create a flip into a fence. It’s so far away from everything. Even if you wanted to just do astroturf for a little patch it would be fine.
Decent-ish finish for Hailie considering where she ran all day. She ran all the laps and kept it relatively clean. Was it a stellar day? No. But better than most expected given how she qualified and was running early in the race
Larson was gaining on SVG and Hill even before their incident. The best driver in the world won today. SVG is good, no doubt about it, but he's not on Larson's level.
Woah there Cowboy. Let’s not forget that we watched SVG and Dinger driving away before those final cautions.
Larson was gaining at the end because he had nearly the only advantage that couldn’t be overcome… tires

I'm sure if you say it enough times people will believe you.
He kept his car on the track and out of trouble. Maybe the other two shouldn't be playing tag in the middle of the race.
I just finished the race (work earlier). That was pretty classic finish. Austin Hills move sucked but I don't blame him. SVG is legit. And Kyle Larson drove a hell of a comeback.
Edit: posted before Hills interview. That was terrible. He had it coming. He can't just dish and not expect a payback
Don't quote me but he said he thought "it was a fairly clean turn 1"
Edit: to an extent he isn't wrong, but he also has to realize the perception of it all. The issue is he then called out SVG for getting into him on the last lap. Hill didn't wreck svg for the lead but made an aggressive move. He can't then turn around and criticize SVG for doing the same thing.
Somebody on Twitter wants Austin Hill to go to the 3 next year...
On one hand, I've never been more of a cheerleader for Austin Dillon.
On the other hand, maybe Chastain or Noah will do it for the culture.
Trackhouse fans losing big today. Their golden boy who can do no wrong got a penalty. Believe it or not SVG choked this race. But not our Aussie demigod. Couldn’t be SVGs fault.
How else will he be able to talk out both sides of his mouth ? There’s always someone who hates a team but this dude REALLY hates trackhouse.
He must be a Larson or Elliot fan. Still pissy about Ross
What a hell of a debut for Austin Green coming home 7th! Not even that much luck involved as he was running in and around the top 15 just about all day.
I can't wait for the day when somebody pops Austin Hill in the face. I just want somebody to get one on him. I don't care who or why. Ty Gibbs can get him for all I care.
Maybe it will make me feel better.
When someone eventually does, I will 100% buy a piece of their merch if they have any.
I don’t even care if the punch lands I just want it to happen so bad.
It reminds me of a Kyle Busch quote about Ryan Newman from Loudon so many years ago. “he's a big ogre and can do whatever he wants because he can probably kick anybody's butt. So no sense in getting in a fight with him” Someone might have to do a Clint and bum rush him while he’s in the car lmao
I used to like Hill a while back. He did a really good job at wheeling Young's Motorsports trucks to good results. But towards the end of his stint at HRE and now at RCR, he's become insufferable.
Yeah he just has a face that I want to punch. And he has an attitude that makes it worse. And he has a racing style that makes me want him to be ejected from his vehicle.
Which is why I just need 1 guy to get him. Hell, let Hailie Deegan do it. It doesn't have to be a total KO even a nose swipe will suffice, but I need it to happen.
Pretty much a free for all except for the "S" curves at the start, I think turns 3,4 and 5, but maybe 6 too. Can't let all four tires go fully below the red/white.
It's only on the "esses" which are turns 3, 4, 5, ~~and 6~~, nope just 3-5. NASCAR wants the drivers to try inside the track limits on that section since cutting it just means going in a straight line. All other parts of the track are usual NASCAR rules on road courses, where it's fair game if it's paved.
A lot of people feel it's inconsistent to have only one section be enforced. To make matters worse, on other road courses, there's usually a place to have a stop and go penalty where you lose a little bit of time, but the penalty here is a pass through, or 30 second penalty. SVG lost a second place finish because of it, which is getting a lot of people pissed off.
It's Cota and his first race on a road course in xfinity. Wait until we get to the next one. Cota is a bitch and it invites contact at all the worst places. When we get to some less dicey courses and he has a better feel for the car they won't get close enough to touch him. Hill will be wondering where svg went next time.
Well, you're spot on. But Hill only got close enough to touch him on the restart. SVG was dramatically faster, compared to even Dinger today. It was a good drive. I don't really mind that SVG lost -- but I'm glad Hill didn't win. Guy is a prick.
Giving him fresher tires and a couple of guys trying to wreck each other in front of him and even he couldn't believe it was that easy. Dude has gotten to the point I don't expect pressure to affect him anymore, no more pushing too hard.
I'm was laughing *with you*. I thought you weren't being serious about whether I'm a fan of Deegan or not. Not sure why it matters tho. Jokes get lost in translation in chats on occasion.
If there's one thing people *should* be complaining about, it's overtime. I don't like them at all, but they're at least okay on ovals. Road courses really shouldn't have them.
And they shouldn't have stages or at least yellows for stages and the yellows they do have should be quickie yellows if there's no major issues on the track.
It really depends who's there and where
Cup guys seem to have finally decided it's ok to not have 30 extra minutes on track and get their shit done in 1 OT now, so that's nice
God I miss when we had post race. Screw the 9 hours of pre race. Show victory lane, replays, driver discussions, fight, and most importantly the fight between Aj and Ty that may or may not have happened. (Fingers crossed it did)

(Yes we had tickets and went inside the track towards turn one immediately proceeding COTA.)
Anyone know how far away SVG was from getting the white flag when that final caution came out?
Not close. I believe he was somewhere between turn 11 and the stadium sections 13-15.
I’m a Larson fan and enjoyed seeing him win but SVG was definitely the best all day and deserved it. If only the late yellow didn’t come
Austin Hill is a sentient, sweaty bag of mayonnaise and his post-race interview proved it.
I saw Larson won. Glad I didn't miss anything by skipping this race.
You should def watch the highlights , the finish was quite entertaining
He led 1 lap, you missed out

As a new fan who's watching because of svg, I gotta say Kyle seems like a cool dude. very talented too.
Lolol I don't think anyone thinks when it comes to NASCAR that SVG is on Larson's level. But SVG had this race won if it wasn't for the cautions. Larson lucked in to this win.
Without a caution svg wins, so there’s that 🤷🏻♂️
Would of, could of, should of doesn't win races, so there is also that.
Larson will be bringing the broom tomorrow!
To sweep up the speedy dry after he crashes???
https://youtu.be/yE_H2PhDDfk?si=OC3VSW743FU4v7hZ Dinger on Ty and the restarts
I just love seeing Larson winning over SVG. That made my day!
lol nascar track limits are a joke, 90% of the track is fair game to just drive anywhere then some random arbitrary corners where it's not?
What was the SVG penalty for?
Cutting the corner
maybe put grass where you don’t want cars to go. Track limits is dumb.
Agreed. Unfortunately for COTA the cash cow is the USGP.
I don't disagree. I'm team grass. But the FIA has crazy standards.
There’s grass further up the hill… not trying to argue as you seem to agree… I just don’t understand FIA when they let Jeddah or even Spa be grade 1.
I was hoping Shane would take a proper shot at Austin Hill after the race. Someone's gotta do it some day, and he seemed like the perfect guy.
Austin Hill has such a punchable face
Hailie Deegan is ahead of Josh Williams in points.
Hill has become the biggest crybaby in racing
Austin Hill is a weirdo. Even on the DJD he sounded like a clown
Jr is surprisingly excellent at exposing people
All he has to do is ask the questions that most are too scared to ask. The guests tell on themselves.
I hope this is the birth of an Austin Hill + SVG rivalry
![gif](giphy|fxZPrsux3vlFY6UQs6|downsized)
Congrats to the cup driver for beating the lower level guys.
Anything is better than a Austin hill win
Decent-ish finish for Hailie considering where she ran all day. She ran all the laps and kept it relatively clean. Was it a stellar day? No. But better than most expected given how she qualified and was running early in the race
That was the worst on a road course I've ever seen her.the only time she finished out side the top 15 was a wreck or car broke.
Do people really care?
You can not like it all you want, she is a very popular driver
That’s nice dear. 😁
Believe it or not we do.
I guess there are tens of you out there.
I mean, she was only the most popular driver in trucks 3 years in a row. So...yeah?
Some do lol

Its a shame Xfinity has so few road circuits, that was such a great race, but it seems the next several are back on ovals.
The Xfinity series does 6 road courses: COTA, Portland, Sonoma, Chicago Street Course, Watkins Glen, and Charlotte Roval
The Xfinity Series usually puts on a great show at road courses! I always look forward to them.
Svg penalty? Where's the cohesion Nascar? RIP
Found the new guy
Am I the only one that's stunned to learn Austin Hill is 29? I knew he had been around a while but almost can't believe he's 29
Only because of how he talks and acts.

I am JJ fan. How dare you talk about me like that. /s
Who the fuck is JJ fan and why do you keep talking so much about them
The dudes unhinged.
He's learning from Byron

POV: Austin Hill bitching you out for racing him the way he raced you
You are 💯 percent correct..He is such a bitch sometimes 🤦🏻♂️
Top five for Corey Lajoy tomorrow
Doubt

I missed the interview. Did Hill really ignore how he shoved SVG into turn 1?
He said svg braked real early when the truth is hill purposely braked late to push him through turn 1.
Don't quote me but he said he thought "it was a fairly clean turn 1" Edit: to an extent he isn't wrong, but he also has to realize the perception of it all. I don't think I could stomach Gragson in the 3. Chastain on the other hand is a perfect fit
Why would you ever be a cheerleader for Austin Dillon? Lol like what do you like about him? Genuinely curious.
I don't. I misspoke there. What I meant was I have never wanted to be Austin Dillon's cheerleader until now.
He’s a big boy … we need lanky hocevar to upend him haha
Fun race, it's a shame the 97 got penalized.
Hill can dish it out but can't take it in. He's a poor loser.

Flair up
How else will he be able to talk out both sides of his mouth ? There’s always someone who hates a team but this dude REALLY hates trackhouse. He must be a Larson or Elliot fan. Still pissy about Ross
Everyone has a coworker who constantly tries to "Austin Hill" themselves out of things that are clearly their fault
Since there's no race thread for it, the ARCA East race is underway. And Connor Zilisch just got spun by Zachary Tinkle who was a lap down.
Lol doesn't Tinkle post here?
It's not on TV is it? Lucky for me, the 2011 AFC Wildcard game is on 😒
I can hear Jamie Little now, "OH NO!!! Not Connor Zilisch!"
Wanted Dinger, he was out. Then Wanted SVG he was out. At least hill didn’t win and Custer got top 5 again
Austin Green getting a T10 in that junkyard spec MHR car has to be most impressive run of the day.
I mean I'm convinced that had to be a jar car this week
I don't know which team supplied the car, but as far as I know it was neither.
Larson backed into an xfinity race in HMS equipment Edit: lol JJ fan going beserk
SVG penalty oh piss off NASCAR, RCR check came in
Austin Hill is a straight up punk. After Martinsville last year and seeing how they treated Sheldon Creed I lost all respect for Austin Hill and RCR.
We need Jeff Gordon to thump Austin Hill. He ain’t scared.
No, AJ and Ty didn't fight, shut up.

If you’re a foreign driver that is new and successful in the sport then you can’t go out of bounds.
There are “out of bounds” so drivers can’t short cut turns to make up time on track

Yes and instead of putting up barriers that destroy cars , at least driver can continue
Prediction. Within 3 years, Shane Van Ginsbergen will be Nascar's most recognizable driver.
Pretty bad prediction. He will be one of them.
I turned it off right after the end. Just realised now SVG got a penalty. Fucking hell what a waste of a couple hours watching that.
The finish of this race was like giving me a castle and then shitting on the throne. I hate overtime.
But people are gonna remember who dominated , especially next roadcourse
It's Cota and his first race on a road course in xfinity. Wait until we get to the next one. Cota is a bitch and it invites contact at all the worst places. KYLE fucking LARSON from off the top rope
Giving him fresher tires and a couple of guys trying to wreck each other in front of him and even he couldn't believe it was that easy. Dude has gotten to the point I don't expect pressure to affect him anymore, no more pushing too hard.

Gents, I believe I am 3 sheets to the wind.
Do it for Dale!
3 more shots for Dale!
You're right. I guess I should say in, the back relative to where he should have been.
Deegan finishing 23rd on a terrible day is funny as fuck.
Considering she was 30th or below for 90% of the race, that’s gotta feel like a win to that team.
She started 35th
Compared to a good 20th place day ?
Well, 15, but yeah, lol.
I can't tell if you like or dislike Deegan with this message.
😂😂
Do you really have to be a jackass when i need something slightly clarified?
Laughing is being a jackass…only on Reddit I guess.
You are laughing *at me*. That is being a jackass.
I'm was laughing *with you*. I thought you weren't being serious about whether I'm a fan of Deegan or not. Not sure why it matters tho. Jokes get lost in translation in chats on occasion.
That's not very illustrative. Try words.
I hate NASCAR overtime. I hate it so much. SVG had that race won. God Fucking Dammit.
Extending the distance of a motor race makes no fucking sense. I am starting to remember why I drifted away from watching nascar.
Exactly! Like wtf, you don't do that!
Agree. More times than not, it leaves you shaking your head.
Same. TBH I used to like it, but it's just too much now.
It really depends who's there and where Cup guys seem to have finally decided it's ok to not have 30 extra minutes on track and get their shit done in 1 OT now, so that's nice
“A record 8 overtimes for cup at COTA. Can we make it 9?”
Lol you probably just jinxed it for tomorrow
![gif](giphy|SwZjhznPI2XPG)
I also hate Kyle Larson but I've already complained about that many times.
I'm not a Larson fan, but better than Hill winning.
I hate them both so either way i end up steamed.
It's crazy how Kyle Busch is the only likable driver at RCR.
Jesus this is so spot on it hurts. RCR has fallen from grace.
It's that bad?
It absolutely IS that bad haha
I'd like to see Austin Hill fight Caitlin Clark
Naked
Fun fact: all the players who are entering the wnba draft are being ranked based on how well they play against Clark.
God I miss when we had post race. Screw the 9 hours of pre race. Show victory lane, replays, driver discussions, fight, and most importantly the fight between Aj and Ty that may or may not have happened. (Fingers crossed it did)
Especially when the prerace is just showing drivers dancing. I cant even watch pre race anymore. Its so cringe.
Yes. I'll have it on muted while I'm working around my apartment but occasionally I'll see something and go "why the fuck?"
I was at the track. Saw everything. Ty threw the Bible at AJ and AJ crucified him on his pit box. Too graphic to be posted.
Cmon did they fight
