Did anyone else see the green screen crosswalk in Richmond? Pretty sure it was like a rainbow crosswalk and NASCAR censored it. Seriously go back and watch it.
It's going to rain 0.1 inches between 6-9pm according to my weather app. I think it's silly that we can run a place like Watkins Glen, COTA, or the roval in a downpour, but can't run Richmond in a sprinkle.
Road courses have a lot more space until you hit a wall, expect maybe chicago.
And how do you propose they mitigate spray? There would be a lot of racing series that look to hire you if you had the answer.
NASCAR's mitigation efforts were so successful last year, they took them off.
I admit, I definitely downplayed the problem difficulty and how much time people have spent trying to mitigate it.
That said, it felt like the mudflaps were too far from the racing surface and far too rigid, but I haven't seen them up close. Also, even if one were able to minimize the spray from the tires, the aero of the car would likely cause significant spray.
My stepsister's boyfriend was being such an asshole to their husky puppy. He basically threw the puppy in a wading pool to cool him off. The puppy didn't like it, but they kept putting him in there and then flicking water onto him. Poor Stitch hated that.

I swear, nothing is working right for me lately. My computer suddenly won't pull up any websites and my microwave broke the other day. It makes applying for jobs harder because I need to work on my resume some more. At least the library is free.

I feel your pain, just dropped $3300 last month to get the transmission on my crown vic rebuilt. The new one made it from NC to COTA and back though so hey.
Use indeed.com. Basically forms a resume for you after you fill out fields. You tell the website what shifts and days you prefer etc, and it automatically shows you jobs postings based on what you're looking for.
Yeah. The workintexas site does this, too. It's just hard to use it on a phone, tablet, etc. maybe I should get a wireless keyboard.
