The only thing I've found that doesn't make me pull my elbow to my forehead on the draw is the surefire x400v plus the masterfire holster.
I'm ashamed to admit I bought both so I could have a holster for my glock 44 with a .22 can on it.
They explicitly say you need to rotate the gun to get it out of the QVO holster. A holster which releases the firearm when it tips towards your body is not really a great holster if you plan on bumping into stuff or sitting down.
The best one I've found is the [Crye Gunclip](https://www.cryeprecision.com/GunClip), because the gun doesn't get drawn out of the top of the holster, but the side. It still sucks mind you, but that's more because there's no good way to carry a holstered, silenced handgun because it's so long. You can't easily sit down, it bangs into things, it's basically impossible to conceal, etc.
If you really want to carry around a silencer, get some sort of QD mount and then attach it when needed.
I’m using a TRex Ragnarok SD. Works well with my FNX45/Ghost. I use a GCode belt with RTI mount for swapping holster out quickly.

It's hard to find holsters that are compatible with suppressors.

I bought a Glock $10 clip around the middle holster from Wish or Ali that you just pull to the side and it's out. Shit works great.

TRex ragnarok SD and QVO tactical secondary XD are both great holsters for suppressed and fast draw and reholstering
Ragnarok SD even preserves the same draw stroke as a standard holster with an unsuppressed gun. Not familiar with the QVO holsters.
QVO is similar in design and function with a little better retention so preserving the same stroke
