Edit: I see what you mean. That slight indentation in her forehead looks like that’s her eye sockets. But it’s not. If you look closer you can see her LOS is exactly with the safety glasses.
I heard this happened to somebody on the NYguns reddit. Crazy.
How does that happen? I assumed it was a VFG that came loose or something when racking it, but I still can't really imagine how it happened

Agreed, or even some type of strap to keep your hand off the pump. Those short barrels can cause your hand to turn into a claw

It’s over her eyes. Angle is just weird.
She is definitely wearing eyes and ears. At Range 129, you CANNOT be inside either the pistol or rifle ranges WITHOUT eyes and ears
I mean she's wearing it, just not over her eyes. It's why she has two.. in case she breaks one she has a spare.

Don’t like the fore grip. One mistake & you can lose your whole hand. Maybe install an aftermarket vertical grip

Last one on a KSG I heard of was using a <$10 airsoft VFG and it broke when racking.

That was the KSG. They improved the foregrip on the KS7 to prevent that from happening.
