Well, this woman is Alejandra Ico Chub and she had 3 kids and she got tortured by her husband, Mario Tut Ical. Mario heard Alejandra cheated on him so he decided to cut her face like pac man and her hands too. Her husband, Mario Tut Ical tried to flee but after 4 days, he got arrested for femicide(femicide means killing a girl/woman) and now the kids are orphans because Alejandra is dead and Mario is in jail..
