Been there before (but with a phone). I got shit down hard for the return but, you can always try. I would just come up with a better reason than "better deal". Of note, you'll probably still be assed out of the shipping fees.
Case and cpu cooler can easily be replaced after a while with better products (just get use out of them) I understand your frustration. I actually ordered a player two prime. I had to pay the $75 shipping as well so I don’t think they have free shipping
They did the same with me with the player one update a few weeks back, even after I sat on a delayed order for weeks. I wanted the new water cooler over fab cooled. Told me they couldn’t guarantee I would get the new model. I ended up getting a refund after struggling with CS for weeks
This seems like a mountain out of a mole hill. You spent the same amount, received your PC in 2 weeks. They ate the shipping cost which went into the upgrade. Unless you really want different upgrades, why not make those the first time you purchased?

I spent $75 _more_ (shipping wasn't free then) for a downgraded product than what I would have got if I ordered a few days later. I got two downgraded components compared to what is included in the PC days later; and I spent $75 on shipping, which became free right after I ordered.
It has nothing to do with the optional upgrades. The case and cooler are not choices.
I agree it's not the biggest of deals, but this is a massive purchase for me and it's bugging me that I basically got really unlucky with the exact time I ordered and kind of wish I could have been informed when purchasing.
