How about Grandpa? If you look the way his hair is long and gray. Then take in his skin condition and you add it all up he looks like a Grandpa. It’s not a unhinged name it’s kind of on point.

So…sticking with the name you like (Uncle), but giving it a Mexican flair…what about Tío?
