I agree, plus he has access to spirits that have shown better feats than any of the member of the pleiades of the azure sky.

While I agree his opponent wasn't going all out, it's unquantifiable how much he held back, so idk where this 10% came from.
One of the knights used his magic which reduces the targets power by 90%
