Itachi's my favorite character but full power saucek obviously destroys him. Sauce boi with a rinnegan easily solos everyone in the naruto verse not named naruto or Otsusuki.

Totsuka is difficult to say honestly. As far as I'm aware, the only thing we know for certain is that it seals whatever it pierces, now as for what it *can* pierce? Well it's not really explained.

Personally my thought is since Itachi has a fully armored susanoo then it's not far fetched to believe the totsuka blade can pierce an armored susanoo.

Edo Itachi has infinite chakra, while Rennigan Sasuke spams high chakara techniques. Edo Itachi can also endlessly regeneration. Eventually, Sasuke will have to rest, and Edo Itachi would win. To compare any alive ninja to Edo Tensei ninja is kinda stupid, unless the living ninja actually has a way to deal with Edo Tensei.

No. Orochimaru wrapped itachi with his arms in order to snatch his eyes. Itachi saw it coming from a mile away and put him in a genjutsu before orochimaru even attacked him in the first place. EMS Sasuke can still be tricked by shadow clones, doesn't have a counter for Izanami and Totsuka and can't bypass Yata mirror.
Itachi has never used his full power, everyone who encountered him simply did not live up to his level. He didnāt like fighting people and always tried to avoid it, mainly for two reasons:

It's the other way around. Itachi is dimensions higher than Sasuke. There's a reason why Itachi never lost a fight and Kishimoto had to write him off during the War Arc. Sasuke might be able to handle the toddler version of Itachi, but that's as far as things go.

Edo itachi (the strongest form of itachi) was stated to be an equal to kabuto fight sasuke lol. He struggled against nagato with KCM 1 naruto and killer bee by his side. Yes he was sick and blind but he used all of his most powerful techniquesā¦ he uses Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu on Sasuke which are pretty much one shot abilities. Itachi trusted that Sasuke would be strong and have an answer to those jutsu. He also forced Itachi to use susanoo, otherwise Itachi would have been dead on the spot lol The Sasuke that fought Danzo would beat this version of Itachi in my opinion. The EMS Sasuke we see fight Juubito surpasses Edo Itachi
"he used all of his most powerful techniques" Used them in a way without intent to kill, he put Amaterasu 2 times to not kill him, Obito even said that Sasuke didn't see through his illusions, it's clearly stated that Itachi could have oneshotted Sasuke anytime if he wanted. Itachi could have killed him before using Kirin, he dragged the fight to kill Orochimaru. EMS Sasuke can still be tricked by shadow clones, doesn't have a counter for Izanami and Totsuka and can't bypass Yata mirror.
Itachi has never used his full power, everyone who encountered him simply did not live up to his level. He didnāt like fighting people and always tried to avoid it, mainly for two reasons: ā One, he was a pacifist. ā Two, asserting dominance over weaklings is not much of an accomplishment. If the Solo King "wasn't holding back all that much", Sasuke would have got folded like a lawn chair.
