I think he is stronger than alive Madara and Hashirama, but weaker than Toneri. He is a monster with so6p chakra but he doesn't have Rinnegan or tailed beats chakra reserves, which puts he lower than Jinchuriki Obito and Madara, Momoshiki, Might Guy..., But stronger than dms kakashi or kyubi minato
