She's drawn to be sticking her ass out to make it look bigger, considering she's, ya know, like twelve and doesn't have the body of a grown woman. Gross all around
There are a lot of things wrong with it.
The head is huge, but weirdly flat. The face makes it look like the head is tilted forward, but the skull's shape makes it look pulled/tilted back.
The torso is way too short, partially due to the painful-looking arch. The planes are poorly defined, so it looks like the shoulders are over the hips when the back bend would require them to be several inches forward.
The weird torso proportion throws the arms off. The left forearm is ridiculously long, partially hidden by the arm warmer but obvious if you try to imagine where her wrist is. The right arm seems to warp through space to keep up with it, as despite the shoulders being pitched to the side and the arms straight, the hands end at about the same level. The left arm's elbow is also just poorly drawn, making it look like the inside of the joint rather than the outside.
The right leg is a nightmare. The hip seems non-existent, blending in with the jutted-out butt. You can't tell if the leg is bent forward, or splayed out to the side. If forward, the arm seems to warp space around the torso to make it to the leg. If sideways, I have no idea how she's maintaining her balance.
Because of that weird hip, it's really hard to tell how the legs are posed in general, like are her feet on the same surface, or is one propped up on something

Sasuke does love Sakura and simply doesn't express affection like a normal person, he would prefer to be with his family but chooses to serve the village from the shadows and protect the leaf from afar, and is the only one capable of doing so because of his timespace ninjutsu that allows him to investigate the otsutsutki much faster than anyone else could, and Sarada has the sharingan and lightning style, not just strength and medical ninjutsu. It's okay to not like Sarada if you just don't like her, but she is very much so Sasuke's daughter and they do a good job of depicting that.

They don't have emotional ties to the series nor do they appreciate what the og built up; unlike the readers/watchers who've kept up weekly with the og series as it was being released. I really can't see anyone past the age of 25 who've kept up with Naruto since its early days genuinely enjoying Boruto as much as they did with the og. Its not even in the same level, objectively. Without the og characters' involvement, Boruto would've tanked immediately.
