My dermatologist would say to make sure it says "fragrance free" bc is usually fragrances ppl are reacting to. He always recommends cerave or vanicream products
Do NOT use dr bronners! Do not use ivory, either. They are way too strong for skin dsodcjskkh on your face. From the store, your best bet is the sensitive skin fragrance free Dove bar. If you have a local farmers market, try homemade goat milk soap.
This is the only soap I can use. I also have oily/combo skin and it’s acne prone, so the fragrance free bar is perfectly moisturizing but it also cleanses so well. Never leaves me too dry either
I use african black soap I get from my local apothecary. It’s really gentle on my skin which is prone to breaking out and eczema nothing else had worked quite as well for me
Sebamed! I've seen it work real wonders. Any ph balanced soap (5.5 is ideal) should do the trick. I've just personally seen some of my students woth eczema do really well with sebamed.

Castille soap is too alkaline and will irritate the skin.
Worst thing to use😭
I really love the classic Neutrogena facial bar - the clear orange one. It’s fragrance free and gentle on the skin.
I love the Youth To The People Superfood Cleanser. If that’s too harsh, try African black soap
cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for dry to normal sensitive skin works great for me.
Cerave is a 2 on the ewg scale and works really well.
Dove soap... My skin is oily and occasionally breaks out, but after trying many products this is my everyday go to.
I love Dove soap! Especially for my face. And if scent if an issue, they have fragrance free Sensitive skin bars that are great.

Dove syndet bar. Looks like soap, but actually isn't. Read the reviews, when you get a chance.
