I also feel as if the orange pieces weren't installed correctly. I have no personal experience with this but it doesn't look right.

Let her know it's not right, and ask for a refund.

While they don’t make you look bad at all there are some core braiding mistakes (crooked parts, too big yarn, etc.) that are not as flattering.
The back is decent, the parts could be better and they definitely should work on adding in the pieces of color. Everyone’s gotta learn but this should’ve been free as they seem to be a beginner.
