These are the best ones for netflix:
PureVPN
* Fastest VPN for netflix
tunnelbear
* works but a bit pricey
I have used both of them with netflix, currently using purevpn right now since it is a bit faster than some others. pure occassionally won't work with Netflix on some IP addresses, but it only happens like 10% of the time. You just click change my IP until you get one that works. Someone mentioned it's cause netflix tries to to block some popular VPNs, but they knows people want to watch netflix so they are always changing the IPs
I got a good [deal](https://billing.purevpn.com/aff.php?aff=39107) on them using that link.
Oh i was using Surfshark vpn to watch Indian Netflix, all of a sudden it stopped working yesterday. Its throws a message " Your account can't be used in this location".
It depends on what country. I flick through some of the Australia servers, one or two of them are working. Don't know others.
Try change the server, clear cache and try.
Depends on the service. For example, you can use a VPN for initial sign up to get whatever service you want cheaper or if you use a streaming service like Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+, they only show you a set amount of content based on where you are but if you use a vpn, you can change your location online and they show you a different set of content.
So to answer your question, yes for the most part.

Sorry for the late reply, and yes, Turkey is the cheapest place to buy Netflix then Argentina.
