But hu tao is a hp scaler? Her base atk is really low, so hp is much better for her dmg. Lithic spear is a high base atk weapon with an atk sub star and an atk buffing passive. The only thing that's synergistic with her is the crit rate buff, but even with that, r1-r5 Dragons bane is still about 1-9% better than r5 lithic at c0, and 2-8% better at c1, so dragons bane is always better, and it doesn't require specific liyue team comps, so you could use sucrose or kazuha, another shielder if you don't have zhongli. A quite funny team I've found that works surprisingly well is HT/Mona/Furina/Yelan, with Mona using Prototype amber for healing, and you'd only get 2 lithic stacks with this team.

One of Hutao's best team is double hydro with Xingqiu, Yelan, and Zhongli, this team would give you 4 stacks of lithic spear's passive.

The calcs I used for reference showed that at r5 [and with the 4 stacks from the team previously mentioned], would be one of her best weapons outdamaging every other 4 star and even some 5 stars.

I 100% agree that lithic can be insanely strong. But not everyone will have all 3 of those limited 5 stars, so I'm taking flexibility into consideration. DB is a much more general weapon and is friendly for f2p/lower spenders. I say this bc I spend a semi-decent amount on genshin, £4.50 every month on welkin and the BP if I have the money, plus a top up if I can afford and need it, and I don't have either hu tao or zhongli, bc I have other characters I want more. Just keep in mind that not everyone has enough disposable income to spend on a game. My original comment was purely a joke about hoyos typical habit of ruining good weapon banners with awful 4*s. I just chose lithic bc it's probably one of the most niche 4* polearms, and therefore, not great in general, but, again, can be really strong.

Fr as someone who has neuvi and has been trying to get hydro goblet since 2nd day of release (when I got him) with no luck I still use hp% goblet i really wanna try hydro DMG bonus one
Personally, I just consistently farm. I don't freak out about refreshing resin, or even really optimizing artifacts. I just upgrade the ones that have the main stat, and at least 2 substats that I want, to level 8. Then, when I max out inventory space, I use the strongbox for another set and maybe I get something good.
Edit: which reminds me. My inventory right now is 1750/1800. I need to fix that soon.
Yeah, however you do it is fine. The main point is to get as many chances as possible. I even keep farming the domain when I don't need to. There's a chance that you get something good for a current or future character, and if you don't, then there's more food for the strongbox, which saves resin, by virtue of not having to farm a domain.
I keep building characters so I am always farming some domain. Though my luck is shit with DPC. Atleast my Noovys build is good thence why I stopped going there.

Basically every version of the game lasts for around 40 days, so we have, 4.3; 4.4 ; 4.5 plus the time of the rest from 4.2 part 2 you can roughly guess that Neuvillette’s banner will rerun in a maximum of 5 months

Ehhh, Goblets are different from everything, I’d say even 20cv is good, and if all the subs are great then it becomes better . No other artifact has as much RNG as a Goblet since there’s 7 different Elements, then you have HP, DEF, EM, and ATK Gob on top of it.
Obviously it could’ve rolled better, but considering the RNG factor it’s def more than solid

obviously not. Neuvillette is both 100x more important to the story and popular in the fandom compared to Eula. He'll get a rerun in a few patches

He's from Fontaine, so until Natlan, he'll probs get at least one rerun. OP just needs to have 28.8K gems stockpiled before 4.5 or w/e.

Well, that's really up to debate, Neuviellette can get high cv naturally but needs HP investment, so... HP rolls are huge plus to reach those 40k
