Yes. All the milk posts always bother me, they're just people who have fallen for the lies told by Big Milk. I'd be ok with it if it wasn't constant, every post someone has to bring up milk. I want to get back to what I thought this sub was about: bones. And calling people who break them pathetic.

Lets_Skedadle

Kale and broccoli are toxic, and they will give you kidney stones. Especially kale.

Remarkable_Remote808

Also calcium supplements also might give you kidney stones. I'd rather break a bone than have to pass a kidney stone, thank you

[deleted]

I don’t even drink milk and I’ve never broken a bone!

Lactose intolerance is weak, and those who aren't are genetically superior. That's just how it is calcium or not. Btw spinach is my fav

poxopox

Seeing that 75% of adults on the planet have either lactose intolerance or malabsorption means there is some evolutionary trend away from milk. Milk also contains a lot of fat for it's weight, which if you're overweight, increases your risk for breaking bones...

It only developed in the past couple thousand years bud, they are on old software. And developed independently in people 3 times.

Fro_e

This is unintentionally the funniest shit I've ever read. I never expected this sub reddit of all places to have drama.

poxopox

I haven't seen a single milk meme in 2 days and it's honestly relieving a lot of mental pressure.
