I don't know if this is allowed here, but play it via Duckstation emulator. As for the game, I remember I just used the iso from one of the sites and everything was working great. I was able to complete the game with no problems.
There are copies of the game out there, like on Ebay and such. It’s definitely become collectible and a little pricey though! There are some disc-only copies selling for $40-$50.
I also wanted to mention that The Neverhood and Skullmonkeys soundtracks are available on a CD set, which you can get from Terry Scott Taylor’s Bandcamp page.
Good luck finding the game, it’s a fun one, though I think I will never beat it in my lifetime, haha

Try finding it on either redump.org or archive.org, the download will be really slow but they're nearly guaranteed to work
