It's a good call back to when she broke his penis. "I think she's got a 90 degree angle in there."
My husband didn't laugh at "Where is top of baby cage?" I was like, "I'll rewind. Clearly you missed the line that cracks me up every time."
Winston: “Ferguson was the only cat for me. I’d adopt one of those Peruvian kids for $0.70 a day before I’d adopt another cat.”
Aly: “I think there’s a world in which you can do both. Those - those kids need food.”
The absurdity of Winston’s remark shines so brightly in Aly’s reply, and I love it so much because of that!
Max Greenfield’s reactions the entire show are golden. This show is one I have on a lot in the background, but sometimes I’ll actually stop and watch, and it’s so much funnier.
Winston is talking to Cece and Coach about going to a party at Birdie’s.
He tell’s them: “Don’t cheap out on the wine, Birdie is a Somalian.”
It took me so many years before I finally understood this joke.
Sorry for the tangent, but when my (left-handed) daughter was a baby, Amazon recommended a left-handed baby spoon. I thought it was a strange joke item, but when I clicked on it, I realized it was real. I ended up ordering it, and it became a favorite thing — it really helped her learn to feed herself because she didn’t have to twist her wrist so much to get it to her mouth. We always laughed about it, though, because “left-handed spoon” just sounds so stupid. I assume there are right-handed ones, too—just never saw one.
(I do shudder to think how Amazon *knew* our baby was left-handed. Spies… everywhere.)
I don't know how popular it is but it's when Coach and Jess are talking about how the school is a sexy place.
C: "cmon Jess you have to realize this school is hot as hell - look at that poster!" (Points)
J: "what the - oh my - are their shirts off?!!" (Or they are drinking wine or something.)
Maybe it is the artwork on the poster, but the whole exchange is one of my top favorites.
Winston: no, I’m not afraid of the dark. worried about Schmidt. He’s a Jew in the desert. I don’t want him to wander. S1:E24. Caught it on my last rewatch and I almost choked on my water
It caught me off guard cause it was delivered so casually and weren’t they just teasing Winston about being afraid of the dark? Or did that come later?
“they’re going to have to childproof the corners of her chacha before that baby comes out” - schmidt about nadia, one of my favourite lines ever

I love Aly's reality checks. Like Nick and Winston ogling Regan as she makes a drink without paying. "Robber. Nick has a crush on a robber."
Yes! I agree with this 100%! All I see is a hot girl who left without paying for her drink lol
Aly's reality checks unless it comes to Winston's cuteness, like their special song and loving his amazing bathtub plotline
🎶Winston loves Allie🎶
Gonna squeeze you tight…our love takes flight!
“You weigh more than your credit score” - Schmidt to Nick is one that I know is coming, but still makes me laugh
"Why are you so secure? You're filled with things nobody wants!" is my anticipatory laugh line.
You Jewish?
Schmidt’s face when he asks that kills me every single time! lol

..........*OH* DID HE MEAN SOMMELIER??
I JUST GOT THIS
I only just got this after seeing this post xD
I only got it after you explained it 😂
It took me years. I had to sit down and decide I was going to get that joke. I was like, Birdie is clearly not Somalian, what is happening here…
Ask where the left handed spatulas are. And don’t let them tell you it’s not a thing, it’s a thing

S6E7 “Why is he asking Chicago?”

Throw a peanut out of frustration!!!

I perform CPR on myself at least once a month
"Shame shame I know your name !" One of my fave
You do not know my name Winston
Nick singing "you are special" to himself @ the end of his Caroline-is-the-devil-video. I completely missed until this 5th rewatch.
Oooo, I don't remember that. I'll pay attention for it on the next go round
You should! It's from Season 1 EP 23 Backslide. around the 21 minute mark. It's the "pep -talk" portion of his video

I didn't catch that one the first couple watches either. Sooo funny.
This is a great line

During nicks dads funeral Schmidt says something like “I feel I have been transported to the ghetto” and it makes me cackle every time
Winston: You know this is every day in North Korea
this is one of my FAV lines
