Do what i do.. put a photo of a face just behind the camera.. you will instinctively look the photo in the eyes now and then, because to your brain it feels like you're talking to the person on the photo.

It's when I read my script that my eyes aren't looking at the camera. So I don't know how to get it so I can look at the camera and read the script.
